Long before colored pictures were rise and  developed in television and movies, black and white pictures were first born and developed.

Black and white pictures are basically much printed in monochromatic pictures in the history of the modern photograph. Early on the photograph was rendered in dark light patches, the dark portions rendered is gray or brownish,  which were used to created from black and white effects.

Colored pictures came into the scene in the era of 1975. The cause of the black and white pictures fall down is many, the declining of number of good developers black and white films, the public attention more into elaborate and exciting colored pictures, and the developed of better then ever color films at low prices, in different manufacturers.

People started to see that black and white film as difficult thing to do,  and it went down. In those times, people who studied photography and took photography classes are so interested in black and white pictures cause of the beauty, and so the market goes shaped for the black and white pictures in general scene.

Black and white photography are back on. In advertising, modern print, people are now seeing the beauty of the photographs capture. It gave them something different in sense that they can’t have in colored.

For professional photographers, black and white pictures is never gone away. But in newspaper industry, colored pictures are more preferred, cause people choose that way.
